3 Month Program
With this program you will start to see changes in your health in the short term. It is about starting to change your habits and integrating a more natural and healthy lifestyle and thus feel like you are in control of your life.
This plan is made up of 6 coaching sessions, 1 every fifteen days or twice a month, which will be done by person or video call; the duration of each appointment will be 50 minutes. You will also have access to materials, brochures, videos and many resources to help you through the process.
